At AIA|DC Women in Architecture, we celebrate and empower women in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. Our mission is to advocate for systemic change while fostering mentorship, collaboration, and visibility for women professionals. Through engaging programs and initiatives, we aim to inspire innovation and leadership among women, ensuring their impactful presence in the field of architecture and design.
